1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, enrolling, or making a payment for any service, course, internship, training program, or hackathon conducted by CODTECH IT Solutions (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Covered
These terms apply to all services including but not limited to:
- Online / Offline Training Programs
- Internships
- Courses & Certifications
- Hackathons & Competitions
- Workshops, Projects, and Any Other Educational or Technical Services
3. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made in full before accessing any service.
- Once payment is successfully completed, the user will receive access to the respective service, platform, or program.
4.1 Refund Eligibility
- If a user wants a refund, they must contact the company within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Refund requests raised after 24 hours of payment will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
4.2 No Refund Clause
- No refunds and no returns will be provided after 24 hours of successful payment.
- Once the service, course, internship, or hackathon access is activated or started, the amount is strictly non-refundable.
4.3 Processing of Approved Refunds
- If the refund request is approved (within 24 hours), the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. No Transfer Policy
- Any purchased course, internship, or program cannot be transferred to another person.
6. Service Usage
- The user agrees to use the services only for learning and personal development purposes.
- Sharing login credentials, course materials, or certificates with others is strictly prohibited.
7. Certificate Policy
- Certificates will be provided only after successful completion of the course, internship, or hackathon and meeting all requirements (tasks, attendance, exams, or submissions).
8. Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to:
- Modify course content, structure, or trainers
- Reschedule sessions or hackathon dates
- Deny access if any misuse, fraud, or violation of terms is found
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
- Any technical issues from the user’s side (internet, device, etc.)
- Any indirect loss, job loss, or business loss
- Any misuse of certificates or training material
10. Termination
The Company has full rights to suspend or terminate any user’s access without refund if:
- The user violates any policies
- The user is involved in misconduct, fraud, or unethical behaviour.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
